By downloading, installing, or using PairSync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PairSync is an educational platform that provides:

• Educational content about statistical pairs trading
• Statistical analysis tools (Z-scores, cointegration metrics)
• Historical market data and backtesting capability
• Trade journaling and learning tracking

PairSync is NOT: A broker, investment advisor, or trade execution platform.

3. User Eligibility

To use PairSync, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• Provide accurate registration information

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

PairSync offers subscription-based access through the Apple App Store. Subscription fees, features, and terms are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Billing is managed by Apple, subject to Apple's terms and policies.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. PairSync does not process refunds directly.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use PairSync only for educational purposes
• Not rely on PairSync as financial or investment advice
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the service
• Not share your account with others
• Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, and materials in PairSync are owned by PairSync or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute PairSync content
• Reverse engineer our algorithms or proprietary methods
• Remove copyright notices or branding
• Use PairSync's name or branding without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PairSync and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or financial damages
• Lost profits or missed opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PairSync from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PairSync at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of PairSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PairSync operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
